West Siphonics Systems Ltd has successfully completed the installation of over 7,300 meters of siphonic rainwater drainage pipework at two new warehouses constructed by Winvic Construction Ltd in Newport Pagnell. This high-performance system is designed to ensure effective and sustainable rainwater management across the large-scale site.
West Siphonics Systems Ltd recently completed the installation of an advanced siphonic rainwater drainage system at ICT UK’s new paper mill in Deeside. Working alongside Northern Cladding Ltd, we installed approximately 7,615 meters of siphonic pipework, ensuring efficient and reliable roof drainage for this large-scale industrial facility.
West Siphonics have started work on McLaren Constructions site in Worksop, where developers Invesco Real Estate and GARBE Industrial Real Estate are constructing two new warehouses in the prime East Midlands logistics market. The two-unit scheme, comprising of separate 462,500 sq ft and 86,500 sq ft facilities spread over 28.9 acres. West Siphonics will be installing over 4,500 metres of siphonic rainwater drainage pipework across both buildings.
West Siphonics have started work on the installation of over 7,000 metres of siphonic rainwater drainage pipework at a 770,000 sq ft warehouse in Doncaster. Panattoni Park Central A1(M) offers one of the best connected locations in the UK. Central A1(M) 770 is the largest single speculative build unit hitting the UK market in 2025.
Back in July 2023, West Siphonics Systems were appointed to design, supply & install the Siphonic rainwater drainage to a new development in Lutterworth. The project comprised of 3 Nr large warehouses equating to a vast gross internal area of over 56,000m2 or, 603,000 square feet in old money!
This impressive site contains a 1,000,000 square foot warehouse and a multi-storey staff car park. The main warehouse roof consists of 2 eaves gutters & 14 valley gutters, the roof is also hip ended. The total roof area is approximately 91,950 m2, based on the specified rainfall intensity and geographical location of the project, this equates to a staggering 5,300 litres of rainwater per second.
West Siphonics has been selected to develop the Siphonic Roof drainage scheme for the new Vaccines Manufacturing Centre in Didcot, Oxford. This state-of-the-art building will benefit from our industry leading design with both Primary and Secondary siphonic rainwater drainage systems offering the greatest protection to the building and its invaluable contents.
Measuring a whopping 450m long, this is the largest unit of a trio on this site that West Siphonics have provided Siphonic roof drainage to. The design consisted of primary and secondary systems which discharged the large volume of rainwater to each end of the building.
The stunning V&A Museum Dundee stands partly on the banks of the mighty River Tay, and partly in the River Tay. The iconic building is the work of award-winning Japanese architects Kengo Kuma & Associates, and was designed as a way of reconnecting the city to its historic River Tay waterfront.
